Information on Nikki Ngo

Nikki and Rob both tried hard to falsely accuse Lauriston of child abuse to multiple police departments and hospitals. They all concluded it was a false allegation even with statements from Lauriston "Logan" IV that he was not hurt by his father and he loved him.

Throughout the ongoing legal proceedings, Nikki Ngo and her partner Rob Cottingham made multiple attempts to falsely accuse Lauriston Crockett III of child abuse. These attempts included taking Lauriston “Logan” Crockett IV to hospitals and police departments across jurisdictions, seeking to fabricate evidence.

Each agency involved ultimately found no merit to the accusations, with Logan himself consistently affirming that his father had never hurt him and that he loved him.

False Allegations and Legal Manipulation

  • Police and Medical Reports:
Despite repeated allegations, all investigations concluded there was no evidence of abuse. Logan told officials directly that he was not harmed by his father.
  • Emergency Motion Abuse:
Nikki filed an “emergency motion” to terminate the father’s access to his son—even though no emergency existed at the time. (See Deposition Questions 1 & 2)
  • Refusal to Take a Polygraph (Page 61):
When asked to confirm the truthfulness of her claims, Nikki refused to take a polygraph test.

Deposition Evidence – Contradictions & Misconduct

The following issues are based on Nikki Ngo’s own deposition statements and supporting documentation:

1. Medical & Behavioral Accusations Without Proof

  • Page 27: Diagnosed Mr. Crockett with medical conditions without any qualifications or supporting evidence.
  • Page 80: Claimed history of violence, later admitted it was based solely on a single recalled incident.
  • Page 84: Contradicted herself, saying she had never seen any abuse toward their son.

2. Racial and Homophobic Remarks

  • Page 31: Made documented racial and homophobic slanders, further casting doubt on her credibility and motives.

3. Sleeping in Child’s Bed

  • Page 32 & 31–34: It’s documented that Nikki continues to sleep in Lauriston IV’s bed, a behavior that raises emotional and developmental concerns.

4. Restricting Parental Access

  • Page 34: Stated intent to limit the father to supervised visits only.
  • Page 51: Refused access during holidays, claiming Logan would “regress.”
  • Page 87: Insisted all contact be monitored and recorded until Logan turns 15.
  • Page 91: Openly admitted her goal was to keep the child from ever returning to his father’s house:

“By any means possible?” — “Yes.”

5. Open Admission of Alienation

  • Page 59: Expressed interest in having Rob Cottingham adopt Lauriston IV.
  • Page 59: “I would like to see him just gone… out of Lauriston’s life.”
  • Page 72: Reaffirmed that Mr. Crockett should be permanently removed from his son’s life.
  • Page 98: Supported punishing the child when he expressed a desire to be with his father.

Denying Child’s Voice

  • Page 63, 68, 90, 92, 94: Nikki repeatedly accused Lauriston IV of lying whenever he expressed that he loved or wanted to be with his father.
  • Page 94: “He doesn’t know any better,” — in response to Logan’s clear affection and repeated hugs for his father after visits.
  • Page 95: Called Mr. Crockett “a danger to my son” but could not provide any reasoning or proof.

Strategic and Financial Motivations

  • Rule 11 Agreement – Theft of Company Property:
Documents exist showing a dispute over property and finances, indicating potential financial motives behind some of Nikki’s claims.
  • Repeated Escalations (e.g., Biting, Drug Accusations):
Allegations of biting and drug use were made without evidence. Nikki changed stories multiple times:

Initially denied the biting incident, later labeled it “play biting” (Page 63).

Admitted she never checked for bite marks (Page 66).

Additional Incidents

  • Page 43: Cottingham lost Logan on a mountain ski slope—requiring ski patrol rescue—while under Nikki’s care plan.
  • Page 109: When asked if she intended to ever improve her attitude toward Mr. Crockett:

“He is a danger to Logan.” — A statement made without evidence.

Summary

The deposition of Nikki Ngo, combined with supporting legal documents and recorded statements, outlines a pattern of manipulation, false allegations, and alienation aimed at severing the father-son relationship between Mr. Crockett and Lauriston IV. These actions, supported neither by facts nor professional testimony, have caused unnecessary emotional damage to all parties involved—especially the child.
